ecommerce-platform uses only what it needs to work. We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we don't let third parties set them, so we don't ask for cookie consent. If that ever changes, we'll ask first.

Cookies

• Sign-in session (better-auth.session_token and related cookies): keeps you signed in. Set when you sign in; lasts up to 7 days, or until you sign out.
• Sign-in security (short-lived cookies set during Google sign-in): protects the sign-in step against forgery. Removed when sign-in finishes.
• Seller center and admin layout (sidebar_state): remembers whether the side menu is open. Only on those tools.

Browser storage

• Your bag: the items you've added, so they're still there when you come back.
• Saved pieces: what you've saved before signing in. Moved to your account when you sign in.
• Recent searches: the last few things you searched for, shown when you open search. Stays on your device.

Page views and shopping steps

We count product and campaign page views to show brands what's popular, and, per brand and day, how many times something is added to a bag and a checkout is opened, to see where shopping gets stuck. The counts have no cookie, visitor ID or personal data attached.

Controlling them

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If you block the session cookie you won't be able to sign in.
